Wearing

W by Worth Blazer / Ann Taylor Blouse / Cuddl Duds Fleece Leggings

APC Leather Boots / Coach Studded Bag (thanksgiving sale – 30% off)

For today’s look, I added a tweed blazer by W by Worth in my favorite shade of green and a white shell blouse. Anytime I see a distinctive jacket, I have to have it and this one stood out to me with the soft green textured color and zipper detail. On one side of the blazer is a fun black leather strip with metal grommets which toughens up an otherwise “older lady” jacket. I love it!

Underneath jackets I love either a long sleeve blouse or a sleeveless blazer. I find that sleeved shirts tend to get crinkled and can lead to bumpy bulges. The pants are actually super soft and comfortable fleece leggings from Cuddl Duds. To keep the look more polished, I added both boots and a bag in the perfect rich shade of burgundy. Good to go! What do you think – could you tell the leggings were cozy fleece and not jean material?

Today was also the first time we explored the northern side of Central Park. We headed up to Shakespeare’s Garden at the Central Park Conservatory Garden and the area is absolutely beautiful. There’s a small section up front with wildflowers and elegant trees.. then walk further and you’ll come across a gorgeously landscaped fountain and upper level.

There was a time when I did not care about how I looked as I traveled. After so many years on road, I have realized the importance of being well dressed during travels. I like your style. It is minimalist and classy and looks like comfortable at the same time. It reminded me I have to buy some new clothes for my upcoming travels, haha!

How good is it when you find a pair of amazingly comfortable leggings that look good too?! I love how thick these ones look. Definitely looks like you’re wearing pants instead of leggings. Love the whole outfit.

I wish I could wear sweats and leggings to work too! Unfortunately, as a flight attendant, I don’t think it would go over so well. Hahah. I love the blazer!

Ha I can’t actually wear leggings or sweats to my day job but I dream of the day! Ooh I’ve always thought being a flight attendant is SUCH a hard job – I couldn’t deal! But I’m so jealous you get to travel so frequently :)

Travel dressing is very important. A balance needs to be maintained between comfort and elegance. Your outfit has a perfect balance.

I absolutely love your outfit, and I think it suits you very well. Girl, you have a nice pair of long legs, so I guess everything would look perfect on you! :D I like to wear leggings as well, because they are really comfortable.

Nice boots and I like those leggings too. Like you, I find that leggings are useful when travelling as they are extremely versatile, comfortable and they look good. Will check these out.
