I can’t remember why we chose this restaurant specifically, since I’m by no means vegetarian, but the Azabu-Juban spot draws a pretty varied crowd and actually felt similar to a LES joint. They even had a hanging print of my friend’s old apartment on 2nd ave!

We opted to try the veggie taco rice bowl, made with black soybeans and black rice and a tomato curry of lentils and vegetables. Both were light and filling. Check out Eat More Greens if you’re in Tokyo and looking for a veggie friendly option!
