If you’re an avid skier and want to change up your ski wardrobe, check out Bogner.
The German brand makes designer ski pants and jackets that look super stylish. I’ve tried on several of their snow pants and bibs and all of them impressed me!
So I wanted to share a couple favorites from the brand, in case you’re looking for a fashionable ski outfit to wear on your next ski trip.
Here’s a review of Bogner’s ski bibs and snow pants for women.

Bogner Fire and Ice
Bogner is a European luxury ski wear brand.
Founded in Munich in 1932, Willy Bogner Sr created a company to import skis, ski equipment and Norwegian knit wear into Germany. The company became the official outfitter of the German Olympic team in 1936.
It wasn’t until his son Willy Bogner Jr and his wife Maria took over the company though that Bogner began to expand globally.
Maria designed several styles for the brand, including a stretchy stirrup pant. At the time, there wasn’t much flattering ski clothing for women so movie stars like Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor began rocking the stirrup pant on the slopes.
Willy Bogner Jr meanwhile, was a successful Olympic ski racer whose true passion lay in film making and photography. He retired from skiing to focus on the cinema, and was involved in several action films.
Most famously, Bogner Jr. coordinated ski action scenes for the 1969 Bond movie ‘On Her Majesty’s Secret Service’ and four other Bond films. Then in 1986 he produced ‘Fire and Ice’, which became one of the most successful sports movies of all time.
Today, Bogner has a main luxury clothing line as well as Fire + Ice, a sportswear line.
The namesake line focuses on sweaters, shoes and luxury clothing while Fire + Ice was created to make performance and active wear.
I’ve mainly tried ski wear from Bogner’s Fire + Ice line!

Bogner Ski Review
Bogner Borja Ski Pant
Bogner’s ski pants are really nicely made.
The Borja pants feature an extra high rise and a unique contrasting waistband. I love the white and black option – they look like tuxedo pants!
There’s velcro ties on the waist so you can tighten the pants for the perfect fit, plus hidden zippers in the backs of the legs to expand over ski boots.
I loved the sleek design of these – they’d be really great if you have a long torso.
They’re so well made, and insulated too. Pair it with a matching white or black ski jacket and you’ll look so chic on the slopes!

Bogner Ivie Bib
I love how lightweight and well made Bogner’s ski bibs are.
Generally, I find that more premium winter clothes are able to offer the same insulation, but in a lighter weight fabric compared to more affordably priced brands.
If you dislike feeling weighed down by layers or ‘bulky’, then check out the Ivie bib!
It comes in a couple different colors, but I thought the color-blocked beige and hot pink was really unique. There’s adjustable straps and velcro ties at the waist to achieve the ideal fit.
Finally, there’s tons of pockets and the fabric is entirely waterproof!

Bogner Zula Ski Pant
Bogner’s Zula pants are for those wanting a super sleek ski outfit.
They have a slim design – there’s no pockets on these pants – and look super flattering on, thanks to the flared silhouette.
They also come with a really cute belt!
The pants are fleece lined, super cozy and great quality.

Overall, I can see why Bogner’s ski wear is priced at a premium. The ski pants and bibs fit great, had an eye catching design and felt so lightweight and comfortable to wear!
If you have the budget for designer ski bibs, I’d check these out.
